Course Title: Gastro Bites AGA Women in GI Regional Workshops: Reflections, Realities and the Road Ahead

Overview

Have you ever attended an AGA Women in GI Regional Workshop or wondered how it could shape your career? Join us for a special edition of Gastro Bites designed to give you a preview of what these transformative workshops offer this year.

Whether you're early in your GI journey or seeking community in private practice or academia, this webinar explores how the AGA Women in GI Regional Workshops serve as dynamic spaces for leadership development, mentorship, and inclusive networking. This is open to all women working in GI.

Our panel features previous and current workshop course directors sharing their first-hand experiences and discussing how these events foster candid conversations and meaningful relationships across all career stages. You’ll also learn how they address barriers to representation and inclusion, and why engagement and in-person connection matter.

Whether you are a returning participant or considering participating your first workshop, this session offers inspiration and insight into how this event can support your growth — and advance equity — in the field of gastroenterology.
