The Gut Microbiota for Health (GMFH) World Summit is organized by the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) and the European Society of Neurogastroenterology and Motility (ESNM).
The 2022 GMFH World Summit was the tenth edition of the meeting, which took place on March 12 & 13, 2022, at the Renaissance Washington, D.C. Downtown Hotel (U.S.). The meeting focused on personalized approaches to shaping the gut microbiome. The program was developed by a committee of leading experts, led by co-chairs Gail Hecht, MD, MS, AGAF (Loyola University Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois, U.S.) and Harry Sokol, MD, PhD (Sorbonne University, Paris, France).
