AGA’s clinical guidelines play a critical role in helping guide your practice decisions through evidence-based recommendations and rigorous systematic reviews of the medical literature. When responding to an evolving public health crisis, balancing the rapid response while adhering to the clinical recommendation methodologies becomes paramount.
In response to COVID-19, AGA developed rapid guidance, which will serve as case examples in this presentation. AGA leaders will provide structured and vetted advice on the safest ways to shut down and restart endoscopy services.
