AGA and the Chinese American Gastroenterology Association (C-AGA) brought together global leaders in neurogastroenterology to discuss evidence-based diagnosis and management of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). The session incorporated culturally informed and health-system–specific perspectives while maintaining full alignment with AGA clinical and educational standards. This discussion also shone a spotlight on culturally relevant factors affecting the Asian population, including traditional dietary habits that influence health outcomes.
