Overview

Learn how to identify burnout early and what can be done to address it both at an institutional and national level.

This edition of Gastro Bites highlights AGA’s Career Development Workshops sponsored by the Trainee & Early Career committee. The Career Development Workshops are free course presentations that addresses the needs of fellows and early career gastroenterologists to support their career options. The workshops are open to members/non-members and are completely virtual.

The panel includes physician burnout subject matter experts and members of the AGA’s Future Leaders Program.

The Future Leaders Program, an AGA leadership pathway, positions early career GIs on a track to impact the organization and the field. The program curriculum empowers participants with purposeful opportunities to network, connect with mentors, develop leadership skills, and learn about AGA’s governance and operations while advancing their careers and supporting the profession.
