Overview
Having a strong foundation of the structure and function of the U.S. government is vital for being an effective advocate. Complete this education module to:
- Have a good understanding of the structure of the U.S. Government and the roles of its branches.
- Identify the responsibilities of each branch of government, including the legislative process in both the House and Senate, as well as the regulatory rule-making process within federal agencies.
- Learn how AGA most frequently interacts with the legislative and executive branches -- Congress and the White House.
