GI Mastermind Virtual

GI Mastermind Virtual is an advanced professional development program created by Scope Forward and offered in collaboration with AGA. The program is designed for gastroenterologists, practice leaders, and early career clinicians who want to better understand and lead through the forces reshaping gastroenterology—including artificial intelligence, automation, evolving care models, and operational complexity. For many, these changes represent more than incremental evolution — pointing to a deeper shift in how gastroenterology is practiced, organized, and led.

The curriculum is organized around three core pillars:

• Digital (linear vs. exponential thinking, AI and automation, and convergence of digital technologies in GI), 
• Business (exponential business models, practice redesign, resource allocation, time, and capital), and 
• Leadership (mindset shifts required to lead during disruption).

Delivered in a flexible, self-paced virtual format, GI Mastermind Virtual allows learners to engage with content on their own schedule while gaining strategic insights that extend beyond traditional clinical education into how the field is being redefined. The program emphasizes real world application, systems thinking, and forward-looking leadership relevant to today’s GI environment. This is less about consuming content and more about developing a new lens on the future of GI.
